This document describes how we collect, use, and treat your information that we collect while you use our services.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We use cookies to determine whether a user is a first-time user or whether they are a returning user. The cookie contains a unique identifier with the date that the cookie was created.

Where Is Personal Data Stored and Who Receives It?

Personal data is stored on servers managed and operated by us, but which may be owned by third-parties (e.g., Amazon Web Services). For instance, we store personal data on servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities.

We do not sell personal data. However, we may change this policy from time to time at our sole discretion.

We do transfer to our affiliates the search terms that you use in order to provide to you our services. These affiliates may be located in multiple places and you are encouraged to review their privacy documents to determine what further information they collect from you and how they use your personal data that they collect. We have no control or responsibility over any third-party’s use of your personal data.

How Long Do We Keep Personal Data?

We keep personal data indefinitely, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

What Are Your Rights?

  • The right to access. You may have the right to receive a copy of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification. You may have the right to rectify any inaccurate personal data and to have any incomplete personal data about you completed.

  • The right to withdraw consent. You may have the right to withdraw consents that you have given to us regarding the processing of your personal data.

Note, however, that many of the above rights may be limited given that we collect minimal personal data about you, which may make it difficult or impossible to determine what data is actually yours. Furthermore, because of the foregoing, if you continue to use our services after exercising any of the foregoing rights you will be providing further data to us once again.
